Project Description

Rock Climbing in Boulder, CO

I have to give Gary a big plug for being an awesome guide. Very flexible, enthusiastic, and he has some amazing stories.  We appreciated the great photos too.

Quick Access To World Class Climbing

Eldorado Canyon, the Boulder Flatirons, and Boulder Canyon offer world class rock climbing in a remarkably convenient location.  You can be on the rock, enjoying a great climb in only 45 minutes after leaving the Denver International Airport.  The combination of world class climbing and easy logistics makes Boulder a top destination for a rock climbing getaway.

Climb With An AMGA Certified Instructor/Guide

We are one of the only guide services in the country with an entire staff of instructors and guides who are certified by the American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA).  This elite qualification along with our years of experience on the rock ensures you are in good hands when you climb with us.

Beginner Rock Climbing in Boulder

We will introduce you to the basics of outdoor rock climbing in a safety-oriented and fun-focused setting. If you have climbed on an indoor wall, this is a great way to experience your first outdoor rock climb. Using climbing areas in Boulder Canyon and Eldorado Canyon, you will learn a variety of techniques for climbing on real rock and you will get to do multiple climbs to hone your skills. You will also learn to tie knots, belay for another climber, and lower down the cliff.

David and I both agree you were a fantastic guide.  We thank you again and plan on climbing with you in the future.

Our AMGA certified instructors and guides have the experience, credentials, and teaching ability to help you improve your skills for protection placement, anchor building, belay station organization, rope management, route finding, and multi-pitch climbing.  We capitalize on the outstanding climbs around Boulder to help you learn these skills.  Some the classic routes we will share with you include Swanson’s Arete (5.5), The First Flatiron (5.6), The Third Flatiron (5.4), Wind Ridge (5.6), Rewritten (5.7), Bastille Crack (5.7+), Ruper (5.8), Yellow Spur (5.9), and many others.

2-Day Multi-Pitch Climbing Program

We offer a 2-Day multi-pitch climbing program that provides an introduction to multi-pitch climbing. The first day is spent learning protection placement and removal, anchor building, rope systems, and we will climb a 2-3 pitch route.  The second day is spent climbing one of the long, classic multi-pitch routes in the Boulder area.
