Denver’s Sport Climbing Hub

With such a unique venue like Clear Creek, the list of classic sport climbs goes on for days and offers grades to accommodate all levels of climbing ability. Well bolted routes and modern sport anchors make Clear Creek a great place to take the next step in your climbing education with learning to lead, “cleaning” the anchor and rappelling.

Part of the Ultimate Rock Pass

Clear Creek Canyon is part of our Ultimate Rock Pass. The Ultimate Rock Pass is a punch pass style offering that marries the benefits of 1 on 1 instruction and guidance of a guide with the cost savings of a group enrollment program. This pass is good anywhere we offer rock climbing “day trips”.

Learn to Lead Skill Development

Climbing in Clear Creek is great “beach day” climbing: short approaches, sunny or shady and along the creek, it makes for a great venue when taking that next step with your lead climbing skills, in addition to advancing skills with bolted anchors and rappelling. Many of the popular crags in the canyon are suitable for taking that transition from the gym to the crag. The base areas provide a great“ground school” space when learning new skills before applying them to the climb- something we call “ground school”.

A Connection to Progression

Rock climbing in Eldorado Canyon is life. So much of our connection to the world and the places we love is drawn from our experiences. The West Buttress of the Bastille is a great place to get “in touch” with Eldo!
