The Pika Glacier (Also known as Little Switzerland) offers a few different zones for day trips from basecamp – each zone boasting dozens of lines. As with any ski expedition, what we specifically ski will depend on conditions and the ability/goals of the group. For those wanting an even greater “adventure factor” we can utilize snow shelters for a multi-day ski traverse to ski even wilder zones before returning to basecamp.

Conditions are generally good for ski expeditions in the Alaska Range from early April to early May. Exact dates depend greatly on the objective.
